Gail served as a member of the faculty of SUNY Schenectady in Schenectady, NY, for 18 years teaching Baking, Nutrition and Sanitation. Gail was also the Director and Creator of the children’s cooking and baking courses at SUNY Schenectady for 19 years. Gail has also served for five years as a faculty member in the Nutrition Department at The Sage Colleges in Troy, NY, teaching Food Science and Quantity Foods. Gail has won numerous culinary awards and professional chef competitions throughout her career.

Gail is a Gade Farm customer who often uses our fresh produce in her recipes- so we thought maybe she could help teach our customers to use our fresh produce in some yummy, new recipes.

We will be featuring her recipes on our website and social media pages (where we will also be doing giveaways for the ingredients!) , and you can also watch her prepare the recipes on her YouTube channel.  Her latest cookbook will be available in our Farm Stand soon!  Check out Gail's website for all of her great recipes!  www.chefgailsokol.com
